Stone Barn produces locally sourced small batch spirits, including European style brandies (that is dry- just fruit, no sugar!), single barrel whiskeys, and fruit and nut liqueurs. We feature tasty and off-the-beaten track spirits, such as Haskap Liqueur, Quince Liqueur, Apricot Brandy, Oat Whiskey, all-Oregon-grown-grain Bourbon, Nocino- green (unripe) walnut liqueur- anexc ellent digestif, substitute for sweet vermouth and festive cocktail ingredient.
